Construction Management

PCM completes the majority of our projects with Construction Management or Time and Material Contracts. This method of Contract delivery encourages a team approach to completing the project. The Construction Management team is made up of the Owner, PCM and other consulting professionals. Different costing options for materials and scope of work can be put forward and implemented as the work progresses rather than before the project commences. The flexibility to review different budget options and make changes benefits the Owners and helps to fast track the project. Project costs and schedule are reviewed on a monthly basis with the Owners in an open book format.

PCM believes that successful Construction Management is built on sound administration, management and communication. Owners can utilize PCM's experience and expertise by having them involved early in the project to provide cost budgeting and options. This usually results in a reduction of overall project costs.
